🇺🇸 USA Return Policy

  • Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags attached (where applicable).
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return

    • Your name
    • Order number
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the item
  2. Receive Instructions: If approved, we’ll send a return address and instructions. Do not send items without authorization, as they will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address using a trackable service (e.g., USPS, UPS).
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days), we’ll notify you of refund approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note: Your bank or credit card may take additional time to process the refund.

🌏 International Return Policy

Eligibility

For customers outside the USA, the following conditions apply:

  • Timeframe: Request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags attached (where applicable).
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs to our US facility, which may be significant for international shipments. We recommend using a trackable service.
  • Non-Refundable:
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (paid under DDU terms) are non-refundable, as these are charged by your country’s government.
  • Customs Compliance: You must comply with US import regulations when returning items (e.g., accurate customs declarations). Failure to do so may result in delays or rejection of your return.

  4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5–10 business days, depending on international shipping), we’ll notify you of refund approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note: Your bank or credit card may take additional time to process the refund.

Important Notes

  • High Shipping Costs: International return shipping can be expensive (e.g., $20–$50+ depending on country). Consider this before requesting a return.
  • DDU Fees: Duties/taxes paid on delivery are not refunded by Dmiyagi, as they are government fees. Check our International Shipping page for details.
  • Customs Delays: International returns may face customs processing delays, which are beyond our control.
